TEAMWORK

Since team spirit develops both in- and outside of the office, we often organize joint activities to get to know each other better. Whether on our annual ski trip, at football matches or movie nights, or at our lively summer and Christmas parties, during teambuilding activities, day trips, or a simple after-work drink in our courtyard – we offer enjoyable get-togethers for all of our staff. Of course, everyone is encouraged to voice their own ideas and wishes for the team.

Over the last few years, we have grown significantly. Many new members of staff have decided to start or continue their career at the abilis group. We certainly do not take this growth for granted, especially not during a shortage of technical experts. We want to collaborate honestly and authentically with all of our colleagues. We are aware of our strengths and weaknesses and communicate these frequently. Only if deficiencies and problems are openly identified can improvements be made that allow us to be successful together. Only with our staff can we achieve our goals and keep growing.

Green IT datacenter

When moving into our current HQ in Stutensee in 2008, we also opened our ISO 27001-certified green IT datacenter.

To visit our customers in good conscience, we increasingly rely on electronic and hybrid vehicles.

Bicycle leasing for our staff

To provide an environmentally friendly alternative to cars, we offer a bicycle leasing option to our staff.

A tree for each employee

To actively contribute to the protection of the climate, we plant a tree for each new employee starting at abilis.

Mindfulness in the office

It is important to us to contribute to the protection of the environment. Therefore, we emphasize recycling and resource-efficiency in our office.

Sustainable suppliers & energy-efficient hardware

When selecting our suppliers for the procurement of hardware and advertising materials, we always look out for green certificates (e.g. EU energy label, Blue Angel (German ecolabel), etc.).
