calcIT CRM
You can set up leads and purposefully develop these further, e.g. through target-group-specific marketing campaigns or intelligent reminders for renewed contacting. Moreover, all contact information can be incorporated into the offer calculation with only one click, which helps you reduce manual efforts.

calcIT project management
When an offer has been signed, it is normally set up as a project. You can choose if this should only be done in calcIT, or also in an ERP system, such as the SAP business software.
The core piece of the project management entity in calcIT is the concurrent calculation, which enables a continuous comparison between actual values and those contained in the offer calculation.
Should increases or decreases occur, you can directly send a change request offer to your customer, which will be incorporated into the concurrent calculation.
Modules for the simultaneous editing of meeting notes and clear task management round up the calcIT portfolio.
As is the case for the CPQ core, all functions possess an activity protocol for maximum transparency.
calcIT & SAP
For many companies, the SAP Business Suite has become a key component of their day-to-day work. In the CPQ environment, the standard, however, is often insufficient and an additional solution is required. This can only be truly efficient if both systems harmonize with one another and enable a bidirectional data exchange.
Through deep process integration, we can integrate calcIT into SAP and thereby create a consistent total process without foreign interface.
This allows you to incorporate, for example, material master data & stock lists into the calculation, without having to manually transfer these. calcIT also enables the creation of projects in SAP with only one click.

A GAEB interface is often crucial for companies in the construction industry.
The GAEB interface allows for an automated data exchange between calcIT and GAEB. The specification of services edited with calcIT can afterwards be exported in the desired format for offer submission.
